Written by industry experts, the white paper provides conclusive evidence of how a well designed, top quality statement (e.g. account summary, bill, invoice, etc.) can improve customer relationships and can impact an organization’s bottom line by reducing costs and generating incremental revenue.
The paper outlines the specific qualities and attributes of a great statement, and provides a weighted scorecard that enables customers to rate their own statements and look for areas of improvement. As well, the authors recommend a course of action for customers to follow should they wish to embark on a statement redesign project.
