Product Definition
Incentive Lettermail is a domestic service offering that consists of identical Items of Standard Short/Long (S/L) and Oversize (O/S) mail and can include the following:
- A receipt or invoice or similar document containing financial information
- A letter, card or postcard
- A self-mailer
- An annual, semi-annual or quarterly report
- A proxy
- A survey
- A notice of voting for federal, provincial or municipal elections
- Product and service information
Once your mail qualifies for any of the Incentive Lettermail options, you will be required to sign an Agreement with Canada Post. Please call our Commercial Service Network at 1-800-260-7678.
