All International Incentive Letter-post Items will be redirected to the addressee based on the practices and requirements of the receiving destination postal administration.

Return to Sender

This feature applies only to International Premium Incentive and International Per Item Incentive. All undeliverable Items are returned directly to the Customer at no charge, provided there is a Canadian return address on the outside of the Item. When the return address is on the inside of the Item, the Item will be returned to the Customer for a fee.

On-demand Pick-up Service
