Postal Rates To The U.S.A./International
Postal rates and rates for additional services totalling less than $5.00 per transaction are subject to the 5% federal Goods and Services Tax and to the Provincial Sales Tax or the Harmonized Sales Tax where applicable. Postal rates and rates for additional services totalling $5.00 or more per transaction, as well as Money Order fees, are not subject to the above taxes.
