Publications Mail prices are based on weight and mail preparation/presortation option.

There will be price increases to Publications Mail effective January 12, 2009.  See the Publications Mail 2009 Price Sheet for details.

Manual Orders containing LCP and/or Machineable Items will be subject to applicable NDG prices, in addition to a manual Order processing fee.

All prices are subject to any applicable discounts, fees, charges, surcharges and taxes.

Publishers who mail large volumes of publications may be entitled to volume discounts.

Surcharge Details
Based on customer feedback, Canada Post has developed a new framework for the application of mailing anomaly surcharges that is fair and consistently applied across the Direct Marketing and Transaction Mail services.

• changes to adjustments as they relate to the machine read rate acceptance level for incentive rate services where machine processing applies
