Customs Declaration

All items must include a mailing address and a return address, a Purolator International Bill of Lading, a Purolator barcode Package Identification Number and a Customs Declaration.

You will require for the Customs Declaration:

  • A detailed description of the contents;
  • The country of origin (country where goods are manufactured) if possible;
  • For items manufactured in Canada which are valued at $2,000.00 Canadian and over, the Province of Manufacture must be identified on the Invoice Declaration;
  • Harmonized System Code if possible;
  • Value of the contents (specify currency).

Parcels must also be accompanied by any document required by United States Customs regulations (invoice, license certificate, permit, etc).
