Specifications

All items are returned via the same service under which they were initially shipped. Options on the service, such as signature or delivery confirmation are not charged. For instance, if an item was shipped via Xpresspost and the item was unclaimed, it would be returned to the sender via Xpresspost but with no delivery confirmation feature.

Commercial customers, who wish to provide their customers with a return service, or those who qualify for Bulk Return rates, must provide approved return labels to their customers initiating the return. Bulk return customers must sign a return contract and have a minimum of 10,000 returns per year.
