- Packing Slip

Note to Customers receiving a Packing Slip for the first time:

The Packing Slip replaces the Manifest that used to accompany your Returns. As a result, your signature will not be captured on this Packing Slip, but will be captured separately if requested by the delivery employee.

Note to ALL Customers:

The Packing Slip "Item Number" field will now include one of the following:

The item bar-code number (1956299487293006) will appear when a bar-coded Parcel is returned. This item number will also appear on your invoice, allowing you to match the return with the original shipment (see sample below). Delivery Confirmation can be obtained with this tracking number by simply visiting our Track a package application.

OR

A Canada Post generated line item number (000010) will appear for all non-bar-coded Parcels. Delivery Confirmation will not be available using this Item Number.
