Addressed Admail Agreement Supplement for AdCard Services
Customers wanting to use AdCard for Addressed Admail must have an Addressed Admail contract and will need to sign an Addressed Admail Agreement Supplement for AdCard services. The Addressed Admail Agreement Supplement must be completed only once by the customer and will not need to be completed for future AdCard Orders.

AdCard for Addressed Admail Print Request Form
The Print Request Form is the official order form and must be completed and signed by the customer to initiate each AdCard Order. A Canada Post Representative can assist the customer when completing the form.
