The service standards for AdCard for Unaddressed Admail are based on the following elements:

The Supplier's Production Standards + Canada Post's Service Standards

• The supplier's production standards are the number of business days from final approved artwork to deposit at a Canada Post delivery facility in Ottawa, Ontario. These standards can vary from 5 to 15 business days for mailings up to 2.5 million pieces. For mailings over 2.5 million pieces or for mailings with a creative option selected, please refer to a Canada Post Representative to obtain the production standards.

  The supplier will induct the AdCard mailing based on Canada Post's service standards.

• Canada Post's service standards consist of the number of business days to transport the Items from induction to final delivery to the end consumer. Service standards include transportation time and the delivery cycle.

  Transportation time refers to the time in days that it takes to move your Items from the Canada Post delivery facility in Ottawa, Ontario where your AdCard items are deposited to the office(s) from which your material will be delivered.

  Delivery Cycle

  Letter Carrier Routes
  The delivery cycle for AdCard is three business days and reflects the number of business days required by the letter carrier to complete delivery of AdCard Items. It applies to weekdays only and excludes statutory holidays.

  Non-Letter Carrier Routes
  The delivery cycle for all Items deposited at non-letter carrier offices will be completed the day following receipt of your Items at the office of delivery or on the date specified on the Unaddressed Admail Delivery Slip, whichever is later.
