Redirection
Your Vote by Mail item is redirected to an addressee's new address if there is a Change of Address Notification on file.

Return to Sender
Undeliverable Vote by Mail items that cannot be delivered or redirected will be returned to the sender free of charge where the item bears a return address on the outer cover. When the return address is on the inside of the mail item, it will be returned to the sender for a fee.
