• Use a full return address and recognizable company logo on the outside of the mail item
  
  
• Use indicia instead of postage stamps
  
  
• Use an indicia that matches the city of the return address
  
  
• If you are a member of an industry organization, consider adding the organization's logo to your mailing
  
  
• Include a contact name and phone number or email address in all correspondence
  
  
• Include a toll-free number or web site on the outside of the mail item
  
  
• Use closed window envelope
